At Vivitail, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 40 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Your request must be submitted within 40 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Used grooming or dental care products.
Items that have been damaged through misuse, accidents, or improper care.
Products returned without original packaging or with missing parts not caused by us.
Gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
