At Vivitail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 40 days of receiving your product.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be returned within 40 days of delivery.

Be in new and unused condition.

Include all original components, accessories, and packaging where applicable.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept product exchanges within the same 40-day return window, provided the product is returned in new and unused condition.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the exchange.

How to Return an Item

All returns must be sent by mail.

Please contact our customer support team before sending your item back. We will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
